Temperature transmitters provide high accuracy transmission of temperature measurements and are specifically designed for use in nuclear power plants. The transmitters have been seismically qualified to IEEE 344-1975 and 1987, with a design capability to withstand 20G acceleration for the panel mount and 12G for the DIN rail mount.

Some models are capable of withstanding up to 40 years of background radiation of 10 Kilorads T.I.D. Other models have been qualified to withstand radiation up to 1 Mrad T.I.D.. For especially harsh environments, an explosion proof/corrosion resistant NEMA 4X certified housing is also available.

Some model transmitters have special enclosure which is moisture resistant and specially designed to provide a high degree of EMI/RFI protection.

Transmitters are supplied in accordance with a Quality Assurance Program which is
ISO 9001:2000 registered. The program is also in compliance with 10CFR50 Appendix B and various standards in other countries.

Application assistance is available for special applications and design requirements. For best performance consult factory for application assistance.
